1胡萝卜土豆切块,蒜没剥皮,姜几片,炖肉香料1包

2牛肉先清水净泡掉血水(我选用的是带筋的牛小肉)

9加入炖肉香料包和蒜子,改小火焖煮,此过程可以加入熟鸡蛋,时间40分钟,依自己的口感

10,汤汁有些浓时加入土豆和胡萝卜,已口味加入适量盐,焖煮至土豆和胡萝卜口感适宜入味,就可以大火收汁(带点汤汁比较下饭)
