虾: 350克, 蒜头: 20克, 青蒜: 5克, 辣椒粉: 3克, 面粉: 适量, 面包粉: 适量, 生抽: 1勺, 料酒: 1勺, 生姜: 2克, 红干椒: 几个, 胡椒粉: 1克
步骤
1食材洗净备齐,虾剪去触须和头部硬壳部分,我选的虾是3cm大一点的草虾,所以需要处理,不然的话会扎嘴的哟

2将蒜拍碎剁成泥,干辣椒切大块,生姜切丝,青蒜切碎

3处理好的虾,加料酒、胡椒粉、生抽、盐抓匀腌渍一会儿

4均匀撒上辣椒粉调味,根据自己口味喜好决定加多少,不喜欢吃辣的可以不加

5倒入面粉搅拌抓匀

7锅预热,倒入两勺油,油烧至六成热即可放入虾进行油炸
