1某宝购买的肠粉专用粉,比例是1:1(1碗水:一碗粉)

2花生米用油炸熟,稍搅碎 猪肉剁成泥,加一勺盐,两勺酱油腌半个小时 粉和水按比例调好

3由于没专用肠粉工具,就找个烤箱盘来代替!首先在干净的盘上刷一层油,然后把浆和肉、花生混进盘里,等锅里的水开了放进,盖上盖蒸大约4-5粉钟,打开看到粉冒泡即熟
