1砂糖倒入小锅里煮,到120度哦

4糖水倒入温度很高,等温度降下来了(夏天全凉,冬天手摸有一点温度就可以)把提前软化好切好的黄油一片一片地放入打蛋器里,这时候是低档哦,全放入后把香草精倒入后再开高档打一会儿就可以,裱花用的黄油霜就完成啦
