荞麦冷面: 1捆, 绿豆芽: 适量, 胡萝卜: 1节, 油辣子: 1大勺, 白芝麻: 适量, 辣椒干: 适量, 葱: 适量, 生抽: 1大勺, 糙米醋: 1大勺
步骤
1取一捆荞麦冷面,用手搓开,水煮沸后,冷面下锅用筷子搅拌,煮一分钟使其变软捞出,入凉开水冲洗分散沥干水分备用;

2胡萝卜切丝,绿豆芽去头尾洗净,然后入开水中汆烫至熟,捞出沥干备用;
3准备调味料,生抽和糙米醋一大勺,盐一小勺,油辣子一勺调匀,倒入面中拌匀;
