米饭(冷藏): 适量, 橄榄菜: 一汤匙, 虾米: 一撮, 青菜: 几棵, 鸡蛋: 二只, 红葱头: 二只, 盐、砂糖、鸡汁等: 适量
步骤
1炒饭的各种材料备好;

2选用的青菜洗净切粒备用;

3虾米洗净用小许清水浸泡发待用;

4鸡蛋黄和蛋清分开,用油锅先将蛋白炒熟备用;

5然后落下稍多些食用油放入去衣切碎的红葱头及虾米煸炒;

6煸炒至闻香后落入橄榄菜炒炒;

7随即加入米饭拌炒均匀,(米饭因没经过冷臧故难以炒成粒粒散状)调入适量的盐、砂糖和鸡汁调味;

8加入鸡蛋黄将米饭炒至均匀,然后将米饭拨开至锅边把青菜粒倒入炒至转青;

9再与米饭炒拌均匀,把炒好的鸡蛋白倒入炒均匀关火即可。
