2将提前做好的薰衣草柠檬蛋糕放在碟子中间

4将牛奶、鱼胶粉倒入奶锅中搅拌均匀中小火加热至沸腾(鱼胶粉完全溶解在牛奶中)

5打发奶油至有点纹路并可以流动的状态

6往牛奶混合液中加入酸奶搅拌均匀

7酸奶牛奶混合液中加入糖粉搅拌均匀至糖粉完全融化

8将混合好糖粉的酸奶牛奶混合液小量多次加入打发好的奶油中搅拌均匀

9混合好的酸奶慕斯液待用

10将4个碗按1234的顺序排好依次放入抹茶粉,抹茶粉按4:3:2:1的比例放入碗中(碗1的抹茶粉我是放小了的后期加了可可粉补救)注意⚠️{碗的顺序是固定的和后面排序用到的一致方便大家理解渐变效果的做法}

11四个碗分别加入小量的水溶解抹茶粉(怕抹茶苦的在这一步加入炼奶搅拌均匀,炼奶的量按加入抹茶粉的量添加,抹茶粉多的就加多点炼奶这样)

12碗1中加入60g酸奶慕斯液,碗2中加入80g酸奶慕斯液,碗3中加入100g酸奶慕斯液,碗4中加入100g慕斯液

13抹茶粉和慕斯液搅拌均匀最后形成的颜色如上图碗1234颜色是由深到浅的

14将刚才剩下的酸奶慕斯液全部倒入装好蛋糕底的慕斯模具中

15按抹茶慕斯液由浅到深的顺序(碗4-3-2-1)往模具中心倒入,每一次倒入慕斯液都是从模具中心倒入是想成渐变效果的关键!

16最后放入冰箱冷藏3-4小时就可以取出脱模食用哦~

17取出脱模(用热毛巾围着模具一圈捂着一小会)慢慢脱模
