原料
面包粉: 350g, 黑米粉: 150g, 糖: 115, 盐: 5g, 改良剂: 10g, 蛋: 1个或者1个半, 奶粉: 25g, 牛油: 30, 水: 275g左右
步骤
1除盐牛油 外所有原料加水揉成团

2加入盐揉继续揉然后加入牛油揉匀 能把面拉成筋 像面膜一样即可

3然后把面团放入盆里发酵

4发酵好了以后把面团拿出放在桌子上用擀面杖把面团铺平

5面团铺平长方形

6然后从头卷起 如果面团干适当的喷点水 让面粘合在一起

7卷好以后切成段

8然后把模具均匀抹油,整齐的放入模具内

9用手轻轻压平 然后放在烤箱中二次发酵

10最后放入烤箱烘焙 40分钟左右 温度190/160 最后出炉
