小技巧
1.400克山药去皮后约得300克去皮一定要干净否则颜色不洁白 2.澄面能起到口感弹滑的作用 并且煮的时候成品不容易散所以不要换成淀粉 3.填馅料包丸子有一定的技术难度需要多练习
