油皮: , 低粉: 110g, 白糖: 10g, 食用油: 38g, 水: 50g, 盐: 1.5g, 油酥: , 低粉: 75g, 油: 33g
步骤
1把油皮跟油酥各分两个盆子搅拌均匀。油酥揉匀保鲜膜盖好醒发30分钟。油皮拌匀揉捏大概15分钟可以起薄膜,揉完也盖保鲜膜跟油酥一样醒发!
