2冷冻过的牛肉在快要化冻却又还是微微硬的时候切薄片,切出来的牛肉最好啦,比直接买的牛肉卷好吃,真材实料

3将豆腐,葱,西红柿都切好,西红柿中间的切片,两边的切丁备用
