步骤
1市场买的鸡腿,剔骨切细,处理好回来先洗干净

2加入蚝油,盐,酱油,淀粉,鸡精,料酒,腌制至少二十分钟

3电饭锅煮饭,跟平时一样就好,

5锅热油(适量油)

6鸡腿进去炒啊炒,(俺喜欢吃肉丸,切了几片下去一起炒)

7饭熟了,鸡腿肉也炒好了之后,把鸡腿肉均匀的铺在饭上面,盖上锅盖,继续保温

8半个小时以后打开,撒上葱珠,(用饭勺搅拌均匀,反正我是没有哈哈)
