1毛瓜仔(节瓜)去皮、冲洗干净,切块;

6加入适量清水,大火煲开;

8在煲毛瓜仔(节瓜)汤的同时,将买回来的(已宰杀好的)鲮鱼清洗干净,斩块;热锅放油,用小火将鲮鱼煎至每一面均为微金黄色;

9将煲好的毛瓜仔(节瓜)汤加入煎鱼的锅内;

小技巧
鲮鱼比较多骨,煲好汤后我会将煲汤的鲮鱼与毛瓜仔(节瓜)先捞起,汤用干净的过滤网过滤两次才喝哦!
