原料
五花肉: 500克, 鸡蛋: 2个, 香菇: 5颗, 姜: 3片, 老抽: 2勺, 料酒: 2勺, 生抽: 3勺, 六月香豆瓣酱: 1勺, 小葱: 1根, 冰糖: 3颗
步骤
1先把整块五花肉水里焯一下,然后切成如图长条型小块,很容易切(我焯得时间短了点) 香菇,小葱,生姜准备好。

2中小火煸炒生姜小葱

3然后把肉倒入煸炒出油,大概五六分钟,用中小火,以防肉烧焦,加入黄酒去腥

4一勺六月香豆瓣酱加水调匀

5倒入豆瓣酱,生抽,老抽,生抽不用加太多,怕太咸,如果不够咸后期可以加点盐的

6倒入香菇丁,翻炒上色

7倒入热水,没过肉表面,如果喜欢炖久点或者汤汁多点的就多加点水。

8放入三颗冰糖

9再放入两个之前煮好的白煮蛋,盖盖子开始用小火炖

10炖二三十分钟,然后加点鸡精,尝下咸淡如果不够咸的可以加盐,用大火收点汁
