原料
普通面粉: 250g, 温水: 160ml, 普通面粉: 25g, 熟猪油: 50g, 细盐: 5g, 肉末、葱花,生抽、盐、鸡粉:
步骤
1揉面团:普通面粉250g,温水160ml,先用筷子搅成面絮,

2再用手揉成光滑的面团,静置醒半个小时以上;

3熬猪油:锅中热油,放入肥猪肉,煎熬至出猪油,关火,猪油倒出放凉备用;

4调馅料:切葱花,五花肉剁碎,放入碗中,调入适量生抽、盐和鸡粉,搅拌均匀;

5调酥油:往25g普通面粉中加入5g细盐,然后倒入50g熟猪油,搅拌均匀备用;

6将醒好的面团平均分成8小份,每一分外面抹点油;

7案板表面也抹一层簿油,擀面片的时候不容易粘住。取一面团擀成薄片;

8用刷子在面片上刷上一层酥油;

9然后铺上一层肉末葱花碎;

10由下至上卷起来,然后由左至右盘成卷;

11依次做好每一个面团!静置一旁醒15分钟;

12平底锅热油,我用的是电饼铛,将面团直接用手按扁后放入;两面煎熟,即可!
