2姜洗净切末备用~

3萝卜洗净切长块,用擦丝器擦成细丝,在切成碎末,稍微攥一下水分装盘备用~

4面粉倒入盆中,放入萝卜碎,打入鸡蛋,加入姜末,精盐,鸡精,十三香~

5搅拌混合均匀~ (此时要速度进行,因为萝卜会出水,以免湿哒哒)

6锅内倒适量油~

7手洗净抓面团,用虎口位置挤出圆团~

8用汤匙切下去,慢慢放入油锅内(可以准备些清水,汤匙不时沾沾水就不会粘面团了)~

9一个个下入油锅内,转小火炸至,不时用勺子推动炸的均匀(火若太大,以免外皮炸糊,内里还没熟)~
