6瘦肉焯水洗干净,有皮绿豆一小把就够了,把绿豆洗干净

7汤锅放水把酿好的莲藕放入还有瘦肉,绿豆,再放几粒冰糖,冰糖可以不放,一定要放多一点水哦!就像平时煲汤一样,大火烧开煲半小时再改用中火煲1小时
