小包子: 适量, 鸡蛋: 1个, 精盐: 少许, 葱: 1根, 黑芝麻: 2g, 油: 适量, 清水: 小半碗

1准备材料: 小包子可用自己包好的(也可用速冻的)~ 鸡蛋打碗内加少许精盐打散成蛋液~ 葱洗净切末,黑芝麻准备好~
