1地仙草杂锦梅,买园东山的,杨梅挑出来不要放

2刚买回来的新鲜油柑

3以苏打粉或盐粉将油柑泡10分钟

5洗完白白的油柑

6洒上盐粉,拌均匀,淹上半天或一晚

7找一个干净无水无油的玻璃罐子,一层冰糖,一层油柑的铺好,每层适当加入甘草和地仙草杂果

8盖上盖子封闭好(我的罐子有点小了,冰糖最好加到一斤半),也可以等过2天油柑软化了,再继续多加一点冰糖

93~4天后就可以开吃了,如果喜欢更入味一点的,可以再泡2天(担心会坏掉的可以放冰箱存放)
