步骤
1茄子用淡盐水浸泡洗净后,切成长条,泡在清水里,至少15分钟

2泡茄子的水倒掉,把茄子一根根用干净的布吸干表面水分

3锅里放油烧热(跟平时烧菜差不多量的油就可以了)。吸干水分的茄条分次排入锅中,煎至茄条变软

4煎好的茄条都放盘子里备用

5用锅里剩下的一点油,爆香葱姜蒜末和甜面酱一大勺

6加点水烧开

7放入煎好的茄条,加半汤匙老抽,再加点白砂糖,煮沸后转小火盖上盖子煮两分钟,加一点点盐和鸡精调好味
