原料
鲽鱼: 2条, 枸杞子: 适量, 味噌酱: 2大勺, 洋葱: 半个, 姜丝: 适量, 绿芽菜: 1撮, 盐: 少许, 黑胡椒粉: 适量(白胡椒粉也可)
步骤
1鱼去鳃,洗净,用刀在鱼两面身上划两刀

2两面抹盐和黑胡椒粉,味噌酱.腌15分钟左右

3洋葱切丝,枸杞子泡开.(我开始想切丁,后来又改丝了,总之乱七八糟啊)

4撕两片银锡纸,一片置上,放上洋葱丝,姜丝,再放上腌好的鱼,再在鱼身上放些洋葱丝,姜丝,和枸杞子

5另一片银锡纸置上,对合包好.明火烤箱烤5分钟,翻面再烤5分钟.关火

6把烤好的鱼放在盘子上,揭开上层锡纸,撒些绿芽菜
