步骤
1准备好食材,红枣微波炉用水淹没,高火5min,让红枣便于打碎。枸杞加少量水,微波炉2min。核桃烤箱150度,10min。

2将红枣打成泥,倒入不粘锅,同时加入麦芽糖,中火煮沸

5加入枸杞、扁桃仁、核桃,搅拌
