步骤
1干米线沸水煮10分钟,泡凉水待用

2准备材料:虾剥皮、虾肉切小块、虾皮虾头备用,韭菜切段,西红柿切片,香菇切片,酸豆角切小粒

3炒锅放油烧热,放入虾皮虾头炒出红虾油,放入葱姜蒜爆香后倒入肉末和虾粒炒熟放入料酒、老抽、生抽,再加入酸豆角香菇一起翻炒片刻后放入其余所有蔬菜炒熟,再放盐调味,盛出一半菜后加水烧开
