原料
水糯米粉: 400克, 可可粉: 2小t, 80度热开水: 320克左右(酌情增减), 馅料: 适量
步骤
1将馅料平均分成10克左右(在垫子上撒上少许糯米粉防粘)这次我偷懒了,买了现成的馅。豆沙馅我以前也做在这里

2水糯米粉中慢慢倒入80度热开水,揉匀。(要多揉会,如果干再稍加点水)

3揉至面团光滑、不粘手

4手上垫张保鲜膜,取15克左右的面团。用手压扁后放上豆沙馅

5慢慢捏紧收口,滚圆

6在做的过程中,如果面团干了,再加少许热开水,再继续搓揉。滚圆后放在纱布上或者底下撒粉防粘

7做雨花石黑芝麻汤圆,面团搓揉后3,取出一半面团加2小t可可粉,继续搓揉,酌情加少许热开水。(热开水,我就用平时喝的饮水机里的热饮用水)

8可可面团和白面团分成各两份。搓成长条状。4份面团两两叠起(可可、白、白、可可)捏紧。(我搓的时候有些干,我在分割后,再粘少许水搓揉)

9将面团分成15克左右/份

10包上黑芝麻馅,滚圆。(层次不齐的样子是不是有点像雨花石。)包好的汤圆,热水开后,开锅煮3-4分钟,圆子浮上来即可吃啦~~(多的汤圆放冰箱冷冻室)
