6炒锅加油,油热放入鸡蛋液,用筷子快速搅鸡蛋液,把鸡蛋搅成鸡蛋碎,盛出,再放油,油热放入姜末爆香,放入虾皮爆香,倒入鸡蛋碎,炒匀,关火,把粉条切碎放入锅中拌匀

7把炒锅中的食材放凉,韭菜切末放入锅中拌匀,快速轻柔的翻拌,以免韭菜出水

小技巧
1.全程小火,以免煎饼焦了,馅儿还没熟 2.水煎饼不是山东大煎饼那种硬的,类似煎饼果子那种软煎饼,我用的是小米和豆面两合面的,特别香 3.能作15个左右,煎饼是1斤大概5张,人少可减量,煎饼包多少馅儿可以自己把握
