7取鱼肉剩下的鱼骨与鱼头不要扔掉,用糖酒生姜腌制会放入锅里煮,用这个汤再煮鱼丸,更鲜

8锅里水烧开后调小火开始摘鱼丸入锅,全部摘完了转大火烧开,这时碗里加入醋、猪油,盐,酒,胡椒粉,倒入煮好的鱼丸,撒香菜或葱花即可
