贡菜: 12条, 番茄酱: 适量, 炒饭: 一锅, 鲜腐皮: 12张
步骤
1先用饮用水把贡菜泡软

2锅里水烧开后,放进去焯水两分钟后过凉水。

5玉米饭,番茄酱,盐,依序放入锅里炒至入味呈出备用。

6取鲜腐皮
