原料
对虾: 十几只, 小白菜或黄叶菜: 两棵, 淀粉: 适量, 白糖,盐,鸡精,味精,料酒: 适量

1把对虾去头剥了剩下尾巴,去掉虾线放在厨房纸上晾干

2准备好敲鱼棒一根,淀粉适量

3在案板上撒上适量的淀粉,将虾放在淀粉里裹上一层,然后就开始敲打虾……

4慢慢敲,棒子上沾上些淀粉,以免粘住虾肉

5慢慢把虾肉敲开,一面敲几下再翻面敲几下,直到把肉敲到很薄很通透为止

7敲好所有虾肉后,平铺在容器里,这时候要烧开一锅水
