4在一个容器中倒入2小碗土豆淀粉,一个一个将鸡翅表面裹满土豆淀粉,用手攥一攥,让土豆淀粉牢固的粘在鸡翅表面

5锅中烧热油,转小火,转小火,转小火,5-6成热时下入鸡翅,此时下入鸡翅应该是鸡翅表面有比较密集的泡泡,但是并没有噼里啪啦的爆破声音

6炸约12分钟,到微微金黄色捞出
