北豆腐: , 瘦猪肉: , 木耳: , 鸡蛋: , 香菜: , 葱: , 豆瓣酱: , 酱油: , 醋: , 白糖: , 盐:
步骤
1将豆腐切片(厚薄半公分),瘦肉剁碎,木耳剁碎,鸡蛋打散,把适量豆瓣酱、少许酱油、醋还有白糖调入一个容器中,搅拌均匀备用

2将切好的豆腐均匀的裹上鸡蛋液

3起油锅,油温7成热时放入裹好蛋液的豆腐片

4煎至两面金黄盛出备用

5另起油锅,放入剁好的瘦肉滑散
