肉馅的调制不管是包馒头还是饺子,我都是同一配料,就是500克肉糜,加盐5克、糖5克、鸡精3克、料酒一汤勺、生抽2汤勺、老抽3汤勺、再分次加入200克高汤,直到将肉馅搅拌上劲。 ~~~高汤是经过调味的~~~
