原料
猪皮: 1斤, 胡萝卜: 适量, 葱: 适量, 玉米: 适量, 牛奶: 适量, 生抽: 适量, 盐: 适量, 鸡精: 适量, 糖: 适量
步骤
1猪皮洗净,入锅过水焯熟后拔毛,刮干净猪皮背面的肥肉(要刮干净喔,否则煮出来的猪皮很油很腻)

2处理干净的猪皮切丝备用

3切好的猪皮放入压力锅,加入适量水,盐,糖,鸡精或味精(也可不放)一小把葱,2-4块姜片,2瓣蒜头,大火压5-8分钟.

4胡萝卜切小块备用

5葱切段备用

6玉米粒洗净备用

7牛奶一小碗(没有牛奶我用的是淡奶代替)

8净猪皮分为四份,分别加入胡萝卜(红色),葱段(也可用其他绿色蔬菜代替),玉米粒和牛奶(白色).生抽(棕黄色)放入果汁机打碎后盛出

9捞出浮在表面的泡沫备用(泡沫要捞干净喔)

10准备一个保鲜盒,依次倒入打碎的猪皮汁,倒入胡胡萝卜猪皮汁后放入冰箱冷冻十几分钟至猪皮凝结后取出,再继续倒入另外一种猪皮汁,重复冷冻步骤直至猪皮汁全部倒入保鲜盒

11冷冻至猪皮汁凝固后,将保鲜盒倒扣在干净的砧板上敲打保鲜盒,使猪皮冻脱出,如无法脱出,用刀子在四边轻轻切一圈再倒出即可

12用刀将猪皮冻切成小片

14用盐,糖,陈醋,米醋,生抽,蒜蓉辣椒酱,蒜米,小米椒,调成蘸酱

15将蘸浆淋到猪皮冻上,就可以开吃啦^_^
