簡介
照顧小盆友的口味,蝦仁一般清炒,最多也就加點蕃茄醬。這次想換換口味,加了一小勺香辣豆豉醬,味道出乎意料的好,兒子很喜歡。豆豉醬加的並不多,所以成品不辣,但味道很豐富。喜歡吃辣的童鞋,多加些豆豉醬就可以了,絕對是一道很有味的佳肴!
原料
基圍蝦, 胡蘿蔔, 青蒜, 薑片, 豆豉醬, 料酒, 生抽, 老抽, 糖
步驟
1基圍蝦去頭去殼去蝦線,背面剖開並洗凈瀝干

2青蒜蒜白和葉子分別切斜段

4油鍋薑片爆香

5倒入蝦仁翻炒至變色。(蝦仁變色即可盛出,保持鮮嫩口感)

6另起油鍋,倒入蒜白爆香

8調入一勺豆豉醬炒勻

9蝦仁重新入鍋,加料酒,生抽,老抽和糖炒勻即可。(豆豉醬和醬油都有鹹度,根據口味決定加不加鹽。)
