6一點點鹽(不放也可以,要放的話,一點點就好,不用跟平時做菜一樣哈)

8煮排骨(我用的高壓鍋,很快哈)

9蒜瓣、蔥段、一片薑片,放適量清水,入料理機打成汁(不用打的太久太細膩,適當有點蒜泥要)

10香菜切碎

小技巧
1、排骨要剁小塊哈,因為排骨本身不是很有味的,吃的是原味,可以稍稍放點鹽。。有點咸這樣子 2、蒜泥用料理機打汁的方法做。。嘿嘿。。。
