6然後再揉好

7用壓面機,將二種麵糰分別壓成長方形,(面片光滑做出來的饅頭就光滑,所以用壓面機是很省事的方法,如果沒有壓面機就要多摺疊幾次哦)

8白面片上刷水

14放入塗過油的蒸籠中,醒大一圈(一定要再醒一會兒的,如果不再次長大,那麼蒸出來的饅頭,也不會太鬆軟哦)

15蒸20分鐘左右,關火二分鐘後再開蓋,就是鬆軟的可可雙色饅頭拉
