13隻220克左右的大閘蟹

2我用了2個大蒜頭,一塊一個大蒜頭這麼大小的生薑.一起切末.入油鍋將蒜末煸出水分和香味.撈出料,用這個油來炸蟹

3將螃蟹用剪刀剪去大鉗.然後將螃蟹里外用牙刷洗乾淨

4將大鉗刮掉毛,拍碎.將螃蟹蓋掀掉.將螃蟹的腮去掉,還有蓋子裡的髒東西,內臟等去掉

5用剪刀將螃蟹對煎開,如圖片.切面裹上干澱粉

6入8成熱油鍋炸至金黃8成熟撈出.(用的是上面炸蒜的油)(多餘步驟:我將螃蟹腿都卸下來了,這樣吃的時候可以直接夾到整塊的肉.要不然,我家老公看到了會嫌棄它長得礙手礙腳)

7鍋里留底油,放入蒜末,干辣椒.炒紅辣椒後加入螃蟹翻炒
