糯米粉 300克, 菠菜 五顆,取汁60克, 胡蘿蔔 二根,取汁60克

1胡蘿蔔去皮後切小塊,加適量的水

8取汁水備用

9然後取100克糯米麵加60克菠菜汁揉成麵糰,然後取10分之一小麵糰放水中煮開再重新放回原麵糰中揉好,這樣做出來的湯圓會比較粘。不容易開列。同理用100克糯米粉加60克胡蘿蔔汁揉成胡蘿蔔麵糰,100克糯米粉加60克水揉成白色麵糰,個人認為加10克澄粉用開水燙熟再放回原麵糰揉均勻,口感會比較好

10然後分成5克的小劑子揉成圓形

11鍋中水燒開,再放入湯圓煮浮起,等1分鐘左右取出

12如果喜歡甜的可以揉面時加少許白糖。或者在湯水中加適量蜂蜜也行
