大雞腿 1個(如果要買小的雞腿就要買2個嘍), 五香粉 2勺, 料酒 2勺, 鹽 少許, 西蘭花, 胡蘿蔔, 香油 少許, 生抽 5勺, 蜂蜜 5勺, 水 少許

1用剪刀順著雞腿外側剪開

2把骨頭剔出來(小心手哦)

3將雞皮一側翻過來,用刀背敲打,使肉質鬆軟

4用叉子在雞皮上多叉勻,這樣可防止皮縮(如果沒有叉子可以用剪刀前面,或者牙籤之類的東西)

5在處理好的雞腿上撒上五香粉,料酒,鹽,並輕輕按摩,腌制15分鐘

6將西蘭花和胡蘿蔔用手焯一下,並瀝干水分,加入香油和少許鹽拌勻

7平底鍋不需要加油,雞皮朝下煎至出油

9用鏟子一直均勻的按壓雞腿,讓裡面的油分和殘留的血水一點點的出來

10翻面繼續煎至,使之兩邊都泛有金黃色,倒出多餘的油分

11用新的碗調製照燒汁,蜂蜜5勺

17將煎至好的雞腿肉並瀝干湯汁放在案板上
