原料
玉米, 排骨, 豆角, 胡蘿蔔, 彩椒, 蔥, 八角, 花椒, 豆瓣醬, 姜, 鹽
步驟
1排骨焯水撈出洗凈備用

2胡蘿蔔切塊,豆角去筋掰成小段,玉米切段備用

3蔥切段、姜切片、花椒、八角、豆瓣醬備用

4鍋中油熱後,放蔥、姜、花椒、八角煸香,放入排骨煸炒至出油

5將豆瓣醬加水稀釋,倒入鍋中,翻炒均勻

6加入適量高湯(也可是清水)沒過排骨,大火煮開,小火煮四十分鐘

7將玉米、豆角和胡蘿蔔放入鍋中,大火煮開後轉小火煮15分鐘

8將彩椒和鹽(放鹽的時候一定要嘗嘗,因為醬本身就很咸)放入翻炒,彩椒斷生後關火即可
