步驟
1在模具內表面塗抹一層黃油

11將芭比娃娃的身子用錫紙包好,再將手和頭用保鮮袋套上

小技巧
1.做蛋糕時應提前將模具處理好,先抹上一層黃油後倒入些粉,讓它們均勻的粘在模具內表面,再將多餘的粉倒出,這樣就能很方便最後脫模; 2.方子給的是一個8寸的量,雖然上面是個6寸的,但這芭比娃娃的腿確實是很長,就連兩個到她的腰都很困難,所以寧願多點,總比少好; 3.做芭比第一個重點在於將兩個蛋糕疊加後要修剪好蛋糕體,讓它能有完美的曲線,這要慢慢地做,多做幾次就好; 4.做芭比娃娃要先將頭髮盤好,身子用錫紙包裹,頭部用保鮮袋套住,這樣更衛生; 5.在裙擺下分別安上小三角錐型,是為了讓裙子撐起來更漂亮,也可以用蛋糕體做; 6.圓片儘量擀著大一些,這樣你就能用整張圓片為裙擺,雖然難度大,但會更好看一些; 7.裙擺上裝飾可以自己隨意設計,這次我用了出國剛買回來的新模具,覺得用它裝飾在裙上有點厚,不過這樣更立體
