4用廚房紙吸乾魚表面的水份.在魚身上切幾刀.容易入味

5在魚身上均勻塗上一層澱粉

7鍋內入油熱油放入魚兩面煎至金黃

8再坐鍋點火.倒油放入煎好的魚.加入蔥.姜.青紅椒啤酒.醬油.鹽.大火煮開蒸發酒氣後悶5分鐘

13湯煮剩3分之一鍋!淋入香油撒點香菜出鍋.因魚太大沒有合適的盤子所以直接用鍋吃了^_^

14開吃

小技巧
煎魚時不要隨便翻動.煎兩面共翻一次以免魚碎掉.加入啤酒後煮至滾開幾分鐘後再加鍋蓋讓酒精蒸發一下.啤酒魚一般都是用淡水魚做.本人買不到淡水魚所以就用海魚做的.不過味道還是不錯地^_^
