原料
南瓜泥300克, 牛奶100克(或者改為90克水), 高筋麵粉(或者普通麵粉)240克, 發酵粉3克, 白糖30克
步驟
1 南瓜去籽後切成小塊,上蒸鍋蒸15分鐘或者微波爐大火加熱10分鐘;

2 蒸好後給南瓜去皮,把南瓜搗成泥晾涼備用;

3 往南瓜泥里加入白糖攪拌均勻;

4 牛奶用微波爐溫熱後加入發酵粉攪拌均勻;

5 把牛奶倒入南瓜泥里攪拌均勻;

8 在另一個容器里(我準備了六寸蛋糕盒)塗上黃油或者別的食用油,

9 把麵糊攪拌消氣後倒入蛋糕盒;
