原料
胡蘿蔔, 山藥, 萵筍, 土豆, 紫土豆(或者紫薯), 銀耳, 芝麻, 生粉, 雞湯, 鹽
步驟
1 胡蘿蔔清洗乾淨後直接切片;

2 山藥先在火上烤一下,再去皮切片,這樣做手就不會癢;

小技巧
1.選擇五種顏色的蔬菜,如果沒有紫土豆,就換做紫薯或者別的蔬菜; 2.銀耳一定要提前泡發好,否則吃起來就不糯了; 3.蒸好的蔬菜淡而無味,一定要用高湯勾芡調味後淋在上面才好吃,高湯即各種肉湯,雞肉湯最鮮美是首選。
