原料
淡奶油230g, 牛奶110g, 吉利丁片5g, 砂糖40g, 芒果塊230g
步驟
1 吉利丁片用冷水泡軟

2 芒果塊和牛奶一起放入料理機

4 奶鍋里倒入淡奶油和砂糖,小火加熱,直至砂糖融化
