篩後的豆皮上還附著有不少豆沙,用網篩兜住,在紅豆水中撥盪,可以將豆沙沖洗下來,並且不會增加水分。 沒有加糖的小豆涼糕,本色本味,可以根據自己的喜好澆上蜂蜜,煉乳等調味食用
