義大利面: 2人份, 蘆筍: 5小根, 牛奶: 50ml, 麵粉: 1/2大匙, 洋蔥: 1/2個, 黃油: 15克, 鹽: 隨意, 黑胡椒: 隨意, 去骨雞腿排: 2片, 蘑菇: 75克, 培根: 3片, 雞高湯: 100ml, 百里香: 2小株
步驟
1蘑菇切片,洋蔥和培根切丁,蘆筍切段,雞肉切塊

2鑄鐵鍋加入黃油,鍋熱後下雞肉,煎5-8分鐘,雞肉變白後盛出
