原料
羊肉、土豆、胡蘿蔔、洋蔥、油菜、蔥姜蒜、面片兒、西紅柿、番茄醬、花椒粉、胡椒粉、生抽、鹽、雞精、香蔥(香菜):
步驟
1準備好蔥姜蒜、胡蘿蔔、土豆、白洋蔥切片、西紅柿切塊、羊肉裡面加料酒、鹽、腌制十五分鐘

2面里加少許鹽、提前一個小時用涼水把面和好、在面上抹點油

3醒好的面擀開、切條

4熱鍋冷油、下蔥姜、下羊肉片翻炒變色加點花椒麵

5接著下西紅柿、番茄醬、炒出湯汁以後接著加土豆片、洋蔥、胡蘿蔔、生抽翻炒入味、這個時候加蒜片、鹽

6然後加胡椒粉、水、水稍微多加點、一會兒要在湯里揪面片
