小技巧
1.此方中的木糖醇量較少,成品僅能吃出淡淡的甜味,要是喜歡甜味重的,可以調整至55克或60克 2.海苔建議買進口的,原味的國產的味精太多,口味太重,不適合老年人 3.肉鬆建議自製,成品味精多,鹽分重 4.烤箱溫度要根據每個烤箱不同自己調整
