2把姜蒜蔥頭爆香

8慢火煮到收汁到差不多時,這時可以試下味,不夠的話就調

小技巧
我用的是山渣干,煮的不是很酸,所以我後面放了點陳醋調味,也可以少放點冰糖,這個菜要酸酸甜甜才好吃喔,所以這個酸度一定要把喔好
