雞蛋: 3個, 低筋麵粉: 55克, 牛奶: 35克, 細砂糖: 32克, 細砂糖(蛋黃加): 12克, 玉米油: 一勺(約7g)

1蛋清分離(蛋清盆一定要無油無水),我懶,所以32g糖直接加進了蛋清裡面

2讓打蛋器自己飛一會,我把蛋黃放稱上,其他除了低筋麵粉都稱進去

5篩入麵粉(平時我都不篩的,今天勤快了一把)打蛋器之字攪打,攪打細膩了就行了

6舀三分之一蛋清到蛋黃糊上下翻拌均勻,然後蛋黃糊全部倒入蛋清翻拌均勻,之後倒入烤盤,也可倒入六寸模具
